JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a new Marketing Manager to be part of our dynamic team! Someone who has knowledge and experience in digital marketing and account management.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to understand their marketing needs and objectives, ensuring a clear understanding of deliverables and expectations.
- Manage client requests and ensure timely delivery of services, maintaining strong client relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Perform account management tasks, including client communications, project management, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Update websites on platforms like WordPress or Shopify, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and optimal user experience.
- Establish e-commerce functionalities on websites to drive sales and streamline the purchasing process for customers.
- Implement email capture and automated follow-up systems to nurture leads, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
- Design necessary elements for websites, including graphics, banners, and landing pages, to enhance visual appeal and functionality.
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and product catalogs to support sales and promotional efforts.
- Craft engaging and SEO-friendly blog articles to drive organic traffic, enhance brand visibility, and establish thought leadership.
- Maintain essential social media channels by creating, scheduling, and publishing content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Establish an affiliate system for our website, recruiting and managing affiliates to expand our reach and drive sales through partnerships.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, account management, or a related role, with a strong track record of client satisfaction and project success.
- Proficiency in website management platforms such as WordPress or Shopify, with the ability to update content and implement e-commerce functionalities.
- Experience with email marketing tools and automation systems, with a focus on lead nurturing and conversion optimization.
- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software for creating visual assets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content and effectively communicate with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms, with a strong understanding of social media best practices and trends.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions.

Starting Salary: $600 per month
