Introduction:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. This role requires a proactive and talented individual who can manage a variety of marketing functions with a strong focus on digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in website development, digital advertising, social media management, as well as creative abilities in image creation and video editing.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management: Develop and maintain our websites using Webflow, ensuring that it is both user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.
Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads,
Social Media Management: Oversee all social media accounts, develop content calendars, and post engaging content regularly to boost brand awareness and foster community interaction.
Creative Production: Design compelling images and edit videos to support marketing campaigns and content creation efforts.
Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, and adjust strategies based on insights and analytics.
Task Management: Utilize task management tools to organize and prioritize daily activities and projects efficiently.
Problem Solving: Act as a self-starter with the initiative to identify problems and develop effective solutions with limited oversight.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing websites using Webflow.
Strong expertise in digital advertising, including managing campaigns on Google Ads,
Solid experience in social media management and content creation.
Proficient in graphic design and video editing software.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
Creative thinker with an eye for design.
