With a flair for creativity and strategic planning, you will guide our marketing team in executing a diverse set of tasks to enhance our digital footprint and maintain customer satisfaction. This role calls for a proactive individual who can manage multiple marketing initiatives, while catering to the dynamic needs of Fashionline and its members.

Lead and strategize the marketing team's efforts in various practical tasks to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Manage Social Media Accounts: Oversee the posting of regular updates, timely response to comments, and the execution of social media promotions to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.

Coordinate the Sending Out of Customer Newsletters: Direct the design and distribution of monthly newsletters aimed at keeping customers informed and engaged with the brand.

Strategize on Improving Google Search Rankings: Devise and implement strategies to optimize website content and improve its visibility in Google search results.

Oversee the Updating of Brand Materials: Ensure the timely refresh of business cards, brochures, and store signage designs to maintain brand consistency and relevance.

Develop and Implement Online Ad Campaigns: Lead the creation and management of targeted ads on platforms like Facebook and Google to effectively reach and engage with the target audience.

Direct the Production of Short Promotional Videos: Drive the creation of engaging videos suitable for social media or website use to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.

Manage the Conduct of Customer Satisfaction Surveys: Design and analyze customer feedback surveys to gather valuable insights for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Lead the Promotion of Events or Sales: Develop and distribute promotional materials to effectively market special events or sales initiatives and drive attendance or sales.

Oversee Website Updates: Ensure the timely addition of new content and the regular updating of existing pages on the website to keep it fresh, relevant, and optimized for user experience and search engines.


Coordinate the Designing of Flyers and Posters: Direct the creation of marketing materials for print or digital distribution to support various promotional activities and campaigns.


Qualifications:

Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
