Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts.
Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Gather and analyze customer insight.
Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
Engage consumers on social media.
Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.
Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.
Engage other organizations within the community.
Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
years of marketing experience with a proven track record of successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns.
Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
Knowledge of creative design tools.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
