JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee the planning, development, and execution of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing trends and techniques, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Marketing Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure consistency in marketing efforts and ensure that all marketing activities are in line with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and profitability.

2. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including online marketing, direct mail, and advertising campaigns.

3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and generate marketing insights. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

4. Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

5. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated wisely and projects are completed within budgetary constraints.

6. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

7. Brand Management: Maintain brand standards and ensure all marketing efforts are in alignment with the brand's voice and guidelines.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to develop and execute cohesive marketing plans.

9. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.

10. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as media outlets, advertising agencies, and vendors, to facilitate effective marketing campaigns.

11. Report Generation: Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for management, highlighting the effectiveness of campaigns and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
