What we do:

Flagright helps fintech and banks prevent financial crime and remain AML compliant while enabling them to grow revenue and manage risk appetite in real time. It’s an API-first solution with a no-code back office portal. We provide real-time responses even for data-intensive, complex rules via a simple and extensible API on a usage-based pricing model. We are on a mission to commoditize financial crime prevention tooling for startups globally and we're looking for an experienced Marketing designer to join our team.

About the role:

As a Marketing Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual aspects of our external communications and marketing materials. Your design skills will bring our brand to life, making complex concepts in AML and fraud prevention accessible and engaging to a broad audience. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create compelling designs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities:

- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and event materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual strategies that align with our branding and marketing objectives.
- Use Figma to create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for digital campaigns.
- Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all our marketing efforts.
- Analyze marketing challenges and create design solutions that meet measurable business goals.
- Provide design support for website updates and enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills, particularly in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Figma is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the AML/fraud industry or a similar regulatory and compliance-focused environment.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools.
