Marketing Associate with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta & Google Ads Experience

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Associate to join our Marketing Agency team. Working with us from 9AM-5PM PT, Pacific Time (US). The ideal candidate is a skilled marketing associate who is self-motivated and organized, with excellent communication skills in English. Must have prior experience with e-commerce Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

The role involves working directly with the Founder/CEO to learn the tools and platforms with guidance. The candidate will have an understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, and is driven to learn new skills. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Founder in a variety of tasks to support client marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors and clients to ensure success
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
- Provide regular updates and reports
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Associate or similar role
- Prior experience/familiarity with e-commerce Shopify and Klaviyo
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Willingness to learn new tools and platforms with guidance
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- A team player capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Experience with Ad Networks: Meta & Google
- Experience with Canva, Google Workspace (docs, sheets, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to work full time from 9AM - 5PM PT, Pacific Time (US)
- This position will require the use of a time tracker tool.

*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field a plus.
