Marketing Agency Project Manager

Our email marketing agency is expanding! We work with several American and international e-commerce brands, including clothing companies, jewelry, consumer packaged goods, cannabis, technology brands, and more.

We’re working on really exciting projects and are looking to hire an experienced project manager who can handle the day-to-day management of projects to ensure the agency runs smoothly.

Your tasks will include:

- Client Onboarding and Communication: Participate in the initial project kickoff meetings to fully understand client needs and requirements. Maintain regular communication through Slack and ensure all client questions are promptly answered.

- Daily Project Oversight: Monitor the day-to-day progress of email marketing projects across several clients and companies to ensure timely delivery.

- Collaboration and Team Coordination: Work closely with the Copywriting and Design teams to ensure email content is developed according to schedule. Oversee the integration of content with the Klaviyo team to ensure the scheduling of email campaigns.

- Quality Control: Review all emails to confirm they fit brand guidelines and tone. Perform detailed quality checks to ensure the final emails are free of grammatical errors and design flaws. Ensure that all content reflects the client's brand and message accurately.

Project Management Tool: We use Notion for all project management, so you must also ensure all project details are logged and accessible for the team. Notion experience is preferred but not required. We’ll train you.

- Daily Updates: Provide comprehensive updates to the CEO about project status, potential challenges, and solutions. Your job is to keep all teams informed to facilitate fast and efficient progress.
