JOB OVERVIEW

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
•Manage the entire onboarding process for new customers, beginning to end – from sales handover to product configuration and customer training, ensuring new customers are onboarded quickly and efficiently.
•Bring your personality to develop rapport and meaningful customer relationships, building connections and gaining trust.
•Be proactive in customer outreach and communication, including preparing meeting agendas, leading engaging calls, and following up with customers.
•Resolve time-sensitive and high-pressure queries quickly and professionally.
•Lead newsletter review sessions to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Understand the customer's audience and curate high-quality, relevant content.
•A strong background and growing knowledge of Direct Response Marketing to manage launches and company growth, with a strong working knowledge of the role of powerful storytelling both visually and with words.
•Ability to project manage to deliver projects on time and within scope.
•Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information; make sense of metrics and see where there are problems or opportunities in our numbers
•Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
•Provide feedback to the product and development teams to improve the onboarding experience.
•Monitor customer satisfaction through leading churn indicators and take proactive steps to mitigate when necessary.
•Participate in teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and contribute to the development of departmental values.
•Work within our product and other 3rd party AI tools to help customers achieve their objectives.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
•At least 5 years of marketing experience required, with at least one year of marketing management experience
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or related roles
•2 years of email marketing experience is required (required)
•This role requires EXCEPTIONAL spoken and written English and excellent communication skills
•Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
•Copywriting skills is a huge plus
•Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
•Strong organizational and project management skills is required
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Proven ability to lead and control effective meetings is required
•Deep understanding of delivering “wow” customer experiences is required
•Proficiency in Google Suite, Notion, HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Suite, and ChatGPT
•Experience in a fast-paced startup a big plus

•Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
•Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM PT // Tuesday to Saturday 1AM to 9AM PHT
Salary Range: Php 60,000 - Php 80,000 monthly, depending on experience
