Objective of the Role: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies. They will work closely with the sales and operations teams to create brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth of the business.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, highlighting the benefits of using the PermitFlow’s permitting services

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients

• Create and manage content for the company's website, social media channels, and email, ensuring that it is engaging, informative, and aligned with the company's brand voice

• Collaborate with the sales team to create sales collateral and case studies, that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's services

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data to make informed decisions and optimize results

• Manage the company's online presence, including website updates, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising

• Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients

• Work with external vendors, such as graphic designers, printers, and advertising agencies, to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials and services

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in the construction or real estate industry

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as content management systems (CMS), email marketing software, social media management tools, and web analytics

• Knowledge of permit expediting services, building codes, and the construction industry is a plus

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate and support cross-functional teams
