Love content creation and photo/videography? IN SEARCH FOR A SKILLED Video editor, Social Media Manager & Email manager

THIS IS A WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY AND TRAVEL CONTENT CREATOR BUSINESS, BASED IN THE CARIBBEAN.

You will be creating reels and short videos (raw videos and photos to be provided) to be posted on instagram & tiktok, as well as creating captions, using hashtags and scheduling posts on different social media platforms.


Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report through email, detailing completed
and ongoing tasks.
2. Make sure sales appointments are up to date. Make
sure appointment reminders are sent. Confirm
appointments with contacts via email.
3. Organize the emails that come in. Remove spam.
Respond to email. Forward emails to respective
departments.
4. Edit raw video files to create CATCHY, VIRAL short form content for socials targeted towards couples looking to get married (for wedding photography business)
5. Edit raw video files to create CATCHY, VIRAL short form content for socials targeted towards Travel companies, and tourism authorities and current following.
6. Submit these videos once finished for review.
NOTE - video descriptions of what is needed for a final product will be given to you, and you will be expected to create a high quality video from a small paragraph description.

I need someone who can edit videos quickly but has attention to detail.

You will also need to be able to use applications listed below;
- gmail
- google drive
- premiere pro
- after effects
- zoom
- squarespace website
- capcut or inshot apps.

You will be expected to work at least 15 hours a week (3 hours minimum per day), with any extra work paid as overtime.
You’ll be working with the CEO. As our business grows, you
will have the opportunity to manage your own team of VAs to
handle administrative and bookkeeping tasks.

- This reel is to be optimized for 9:16 screens (iphone, etc)
- on the same phone screen, the professional first kiss video will be on top in landscape orientation, taking up the top half of the screen... you can edit this in any way you like. slomo, zooming in, etc.
- on the bottom half of the screen will be my reaction, with my BTS camera in landscape orientation. you can add text or just a good song with a beat drop when the kiss happens.. then I also want the end where they walk down the aisle to show.
