Looking for Wordpress Developer

I am looking for a website creator and designer with extensive knowledge of wordpress, php, html etc. Website will have many functions and the correct candidate will be a creative thinker with skills to overcome challenging obstacles. Candidate will also need to be able to see the project through from start to finish and then be available to maintain the website as needed after completion.
