We are seeking a highly skilled SEO and WordPress Specialist to help elevate our digital presence to the next level. This role involves developing and executing strategies to enhance our SEO efforts, particularly focusing on backlinks and WordPress site optimization.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies with a strong focus on backlinks and organic growth.
- Optimize WordPress websites for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with our content team to ensure SEO best practices are met across all digital content.
- Monitor and analyze SEO statistics such as redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and others.
- Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in SEO with a deep understanding of Google algorithms, particularly regarding backlinks.
- Strong experience with WordPress development, including themes and plugins.
