Shift: Mondays to Fridays, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM California Time
Compensation: Negotiable


Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic social media plan aligned with our brand goals.
2. Content Calendar: Create a monthly content calendar for all platforms, focusing on industry-specific content that captures our target audience’s attention.
3. Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging videos tailored for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
4. Engagement: Monitor social media channels, comments, and messages and engage with the community to build meaningful relationships.
5. Analytics: Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
6. Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create effective industry-related campaigns.
2. Previous experience working for a social media agency a big plus.
3. Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Creativity and an eye for detail.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team.
7. Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus.
8. Strong video editing skills are a plus (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
9. Enthusiastic learner who takes initiative to expand knowledge, embraces challenges, and thrives in our culture of continuous learning and growth.
10. Willing to learn dentistry and how to promote it.
