The Live Operations & Customer Support Specialist calls for a high-bandwidth, meticulously organized individual, who can juggle both issue resolution and concise communication. We are looking for a self-starter who wants to innovate and be part of a dynamic, fast-moving team.
This is a US-based remote position. Working hours are based on Pacific Time Zone, with some flexibility.
**Note: This role will require the ability to flex to off-hour shifts such as mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you'll do:
Handle inbound issue resolution for our network of agents, prospective renters, and property managers while maintaining a best-in-class experience in every interaction.
Address time-sensitive issues, such as payments, scheduling questions, agent or prospect issues, or troubleshooting by text and phone with tact and the utmost professionalism.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and relationship-building.
Develop deep expertise in how our processes, systems, and resources work, and how to use them to drive positive outcomes.
What we expect you to have:
Fluent in English - speaking, reading and writing is a MUST
1+ year(s) in online customer experience, customer success, or operations roles for a US or European-based company.
You are experienced in remote working, and are very good at collaborating with your team as well as working independently,
You are service-oriented, responsive, and multi-tasker.
You are meticulously organized - you can juggle both issue resolution & concise communication.
You are a highly motivated self-starter.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are a strategic thinker -you love thinking about new opportunities or process improvement.
