Litigation Lawyer / Attorney

Geraci LLP is hiring an experienced Attorney. We would like someone with 1 to 4+ years of experience, preferably having represented creditors. Bankruptcy is a significant plus.

• 1 to 4+ years of litigation experience required. Creditor representation, and a bit of bankruptcy.
• Initiative-taking. We do not micromanage our people. You must be able to work autonomously. You will have all the training you need, and we will help you all the way.

• Customer Service Oriented. A good litigator will balance difficult clients as well as opposing counsel to get cases resolved. The art of client communication is as important as the attorney competency necessary to oversee the case.
• Solutions Oriented. Our clients want solutions. They want to figure out how to strategically manage their matter from beginning to end, not a list of roadblocks. Figuring out solutions to tough problems is why our clients love us.

• Starting salary $2,000. Negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications:
• 1-4+ Years of litigation experience required.
• Experience in Real Estate, creditor rights, and some bankruptcy is preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in California is preferred but not mandatory.
