Job Description:

We are seeking a LinkedIn and Email Marketing Specialist preferably with experience working in Legal Firm to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our clients by assisting with general admin tasks, LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, business development, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach activities on LinkedIn to expand our network and reach within the legal industry.
Assist in lead generation efforts specifically tailored to legal professionals and law firms.
Collaborate on business development and marketing strategies targeted at the legal sector.
Focus on outbound lead generation activities within the legal industry to drive growth and expansion.
Perform general administrative tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Legal Studies, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a similar role, with previous experience within the legal industry preferred.
Experience as a Virtual Paralegal or Legal Assistant in a commercial law firm is advantageous.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of legal terminology and processes.
Proficiency in relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, and legal software like LEAP.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
