W are seeking a skilled Part-Time LinkedIn Specialist to bolster our engagement and visibility within the industry.

Position Overview:
The Part-Time LinkedIn Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our company's LinkedIn presence. This individual will leverage their expertise in LinkedIn networking, content creation, and engagement to foster meaningful connections, drive brand awareness, and generate leads within our industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic LinkedIn marketing plan tailored to our company's objectives and target audience.
Cultivate and expand our network by connecting with key individuals and stakeholders within our industry, initiating conversations, and following up on leads.
Engage with relevant LinkedIn content by liking, commenting, and sharing posts from industry leaders, partners, and prospects.
Create high-quality written content for LinkedIn posts, articles, and updates that align with our brand voice and resonate with our audience.
Design visually appealing graphics and creatives using Canva or similar tools to enhance the visual appeal of our LinkedIn content.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and lead generation, to optimize our LinkedIn strategy.
Stay informed about industry trends, LinkedIn algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our approach remains effective and relevant.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align LinkedIn initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and company objectives.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in LinkedIn marketing, networking, and engagement.
Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools to create visually appealing graphics and creatives for LinkedIn posts is a MUST.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn's features, algorithms, and best practices for maximizing engagement and visibility.
Proven track record of building and nurturing professional relationships on LinkedIn, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Availability to dedicate 10 hours per week to LinkedIn-related activities, with flexibility to work anytime between 9 am and 5 pm GMT but can be flexible, based on workload and objectives.
