To help our CEO maintain this balance, we are looking for a dedicated Lifestyle Assistant who shares our passion for life and adventure.

The Role:
As a Lifestyle Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the CEO's personal life through meticulous planning and coordination of travel, events, and other activities that promote well-being and enjoyment. You will have the unique opportunity to impact the CEO's life positively, enabling him to achieve a healthier work/life balance while continuing to lead and inspire our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Travel Coordination: Arrange all aspects of personal and professional travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and other logistics. Ensure each travel experience is seamless, enjoyable, and aligned with the CEO's interests and schedule.
Event Planning: Discover and organize participation in events that match the CEO's interests (e.g., surf competitions, literary festivals, adventure sports, etc.). Handle registrations, transportation, and any necessary accommodations.
Lifestyle Management: Actively seek out opportunities for the CEO to engage in hobbies and interests. Schedule lessons, book venues, and facilitate any required arrangements for activities such as surfing, reading clubs, or educational courses.
Personal Errands: Assist with various personal tasks as needed, ensuring the CEO can focus on both professional responsibilities and personal growth.
Time Management: Help optimize the CEO's personal schedule to create a harmonious balance between work commitments and personal development/enjoyment.

Requirements:
Proven experience in travel planning, event management, or a similar role. Experience in a personal assistant role to C-level executives is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with the CEO and establishing a trusted relationship.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and finding the best solutions to enhance the CEO's lifestyle.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Passion for travel, adventure, and a broad interest in various activities, mirroring the CEO's interests.
Degree in hospitality, tourism, business administration, or related field is preferred.
