Required Skills and Duties
• Owns and delivers accurate NOC reports on time on schedule
• Application installation, troubleshooting, and updating
• Strong network troubleshooting and optimization
• Advanced Hyper-V experience, troubleshooting, configuration
• Patch management, antivirus, and security review and updating
• Veeam setup, management, troubleshooting, restores
• Azure AD
• Office 365
• Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022
• 5+ years of experience

You must have proficient English skills, a keen sense of urgency, and great communication skills
