Role Overview: As a Level 2 Engineer, you will be crucial in our technical support operations. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, providing expert guidance to customers, and ensuring the seamless functioning of our systems and services. This role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Provide second-level technical support to internal teams and external clients.
Diagnosed and resolved escalated technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with Level 1 support engineers and clients to troubleshoot and address recurring problems.
Document support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference.
Communicate technical solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve technical skills and knowledge continuously.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Years of experience in a technical support or IT role, focusing on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Strong proficiency in Cisco ASA, Cisco Meraki, and Active Directory.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Comfortable with speaking with customers and vendors over video or phone calls.
