Leasing and Marketing Manager

Requirements
• Familiarity with the California Department of Real Estate Forms
• Experience with leasing commercial property
• Experience preparing and sending newsletter
• Experience hosting online events
• If hired, must utilize Time Doctor or similar screen-recoding technology

Responsibilities
• Available to work Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM San Francisco California time
• Increase rent collected from $3/SF to $4/SF in 6 to 12 months maximum

Weekly Reports
1. Monday – Move-in-Move-Outs and administrative projects
• Manage move-in move-out process including scheduling inspections, cleaning, and lease preparation
• Maintain database of unit photos, leases
• Obtain renter’s insurance from tenant
• Calculate prorated rent and deductions from deposit
2. Tuesday – Waiting list status
• Determining rental rate
• Update and maintain waiting list
• Provide quote to potential tenants
3. Wednesday – Evictions / Collections
• Complete paperwork for collections and eviction process
4. Thursday – Late rents
• Send remainders to pay past-due rent
5. Friday – Marketing and weekly events

Purpose of This Position
The purpose of this position is to provide SVCS’s client with the best customer service so they not only like us but LOVE us.



Compensation and Benefits
• $500 to $800 USD / month + $50 USD bonus for each unit rented
• 2 weeks of one-on-one training
• Recognition on SVCS’s website

8. If accepted, SVCS will send Candidate an employment contract to begin working immediately
