Lead Manager

Job Description
As a lead manager for CKI LLC, your job is to be the first point of contact for all possible clients and determine if CKI LLC and the client are fit to work together. This means, you will determine if our home buying services be helpful to the homeowner. On the call, you will take the client through our call process with the goal of setting them up for an appointment to receive an offer for their property. If the client is not a fit for our service, then you will be responsible for following up with the client further building the relationship, until one day, they do become a client. You are the first point of contact for CKI LLC to possible clients, so it is vital to make an outstanding first impression.

Hourly Commitment ---> 40+ hours per week
