Architect and Code: Design and develop robust, scalable features within our Laravel-based SaaS application.
Lead & Inspire: Mentor and guide a team of 6 talented Filipino developers, fostering collaboration and a focus on quality.
Collaborate & Integrate: Work closely with product teams to understand business needs and seamlessly integrate with Upgrade to see actual info like Facebook, Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, and more.
Agile Problem-Solver: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly to urgent fixes and ensuring deadlines are met.
Git Workflow Master: Ensure code integrity through code reviews and manage efficient Git workflows.

What We're Looking For

Laravel Guru: 8+ years of hands-on experience building complex applications using Laravel.
PHP Champ: In-depth knowledge of PHP best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization.
Cloud Savvy: Proven experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform.
Leadership Mindset: A natural motivator with the ability to lead a team towards ambitious goals.
