JOB OVERVIEW

We at Revolve Marketing are looking for an experienced lead generation specialist to join our growing team! You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and setting up meetings with our team in Australia. Your goal will be to expand our client base through strategic outreach and effective communication. This role is vital to connecting potential clients with our unique services, ultimately helping drive business growth.

On top of this, along with your monthly pay, you will also be receiving a 5% commission on each successfully onboarded clients' first month retainer. If we are able to onboard 5 new clients at a total of AUD$5000 generated for the month, your bonus will be AUD$250 for that month.

Revolve Marketing is a dynamic user-generated content and advertising agency specialising on helping SMEs to amplify their online presence and drive substantial ROI through innovating digital marketing strategies. In the past we've been able to help a number of businesses with everything digital marketing, but recently we've dUpgrade to see actual info to specialise in media buying and user-generated content creation for our clients, working mainly in the eCommerce and startup business space.

This will largely be a self-managed position focused on your results. We don't have an expectation for a minimum amount of hours worked per week, however we will expect you to be timely in communication with us as well as have a work ethic that matches our standard at Revolve Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients in the B2C sector, with a focus on e-commerce and startups.
- Reach out to prospects primarily via email and social media (such as LinkedIn) to introduce our services and gauge interest.
- Schedule meetings between potential clients and our team.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and manage follow-ups.
- Collaborate with our team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Report on lead generation performance and insights.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software.
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies and best practices
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

This position includes a three-month probationary period to ensure mutual compatibility.
