Tailored SEO seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us grow our customer base.
Job Description:
As a Lead Generation Virtual Assistant, you will identify and generate new leads to support our sales team. You will play a key role in helping us reach our growth targets by researching potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings or calls for our sales managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
- Utilise tools like LinkedIn, Google, and CRM systems to gather lead information.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Reach out to potential leads via
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and our sales team.
- Maintain and update our CRM with accurate lead information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results.
- And other ad-hoc duties.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with the digital marketing industry is a plus.
