Job Overview:
The Lead Generation Specialist at Eximia Cleaning Services will be crucial in propelling our business forward by identifying and engaging potential commercial leads. Your role will involve utilizing cold calling, emailing, and lead nurturing techniques to expand our client base, thereby playing a vital role in our continued success. We are based in Alberta, Canada, which operates on Mountain Time (MT). For the position you're considering, we're looking at having you work from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Alberta time. Given the time difference between the Philippines and Alberta, which is usually around 14 hours ahead, this would translate to your working hours being approximately from 12:00 AM (midnight) to 5:00 AM Philippine Time.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive research to pinpoint potential commercial leads.
Initiate contact with prospective leads through cold calling and emailing, introducing them to Eximia Cleaning Services' commercial cleaning solutions.
Assess and qualify leads to ensure alignment with our target commercial client profile.
Engage in sustained lead nurturing efforts to keep potential commercial clients engaged and interested.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Manage and utilize CRM systems for tracking interactions and evaluating the success of lead generation strategies.
Regularly report on lead generation activities and results to the senior management team.

Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in lead generation or sales, with a specific focus on the commercial sector.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
Strong research and analytical abilities to effectively identify potential commercial leads.
Resilience and persistence, with the capability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive outlook.
Excellent organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks concurrently.
Skilled in the use of CRM software and other relevant lead tracking tools.
