JOB OVERVIEW

You will be joining a sales lead generation agency to help scale the business with a great opportunity to grow your career. Your core role is helping setup and run lead generation campaigns using email and Linkedin automation software. As we grow my hope is you will take on more of a managerial role / mentor and manage a team of VAs and Lead generation specialists. This is my first key hire.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Responsible for sourcing contacts / leads; setting up email domains and inboxes, technical setup of email campaigns.
Writing the copy and messaging for the outbound lead generation campaigns.
Monitoring and optimizing outbound campaigns to maximize leads quality and quantity. Setting and up reporting of campaign results.
General assistance on lead generation activities using email and Linkedin automation tools.
Passing on leads to the sales team / BDRs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy
Develop and optimise campaigns to maximise quantity & quality leads, pipeline, revenue, and client lifetime value, while minimising the cost of acquisition.
Keeping the lead gen process organised and aligned with agreed client deliverables / timelines.
Developing and maintaining accurate and efficient automations for the business
Developing and maintaining efficient processes for the business

Execution (Key Inputs)

Scraping data using Upgrade to see actual info
Scraping data from LinkedIn Sales Navigator using Client Scraper
Using tools like Instant Data Scraper or Parsehub to extract information from websites
Removing duplicates from the lead lists
Formatting company names in the lead lists
Co-operating with the team using our Project Management tool


Monitoring all cold email campaigns and writing new ones/adjusting current ones to ensure the highest performance
Providing guidance and advice across business delivery and operations where needed
Supporting new marketing initiatives from tech/operations perspective
Monitoring data collection to ensure accurate data for the marketing and sales departments
Setting up new automations and creating processes for marketing and sales backend to ensure efficient operations

SWCL – STANDARD WORK CHECKLIST
Daily:
Scrape new contacts from Apollo / Linkedin Sales nav
Data cleaning, remove duplicates and prep data for campaigns.
Check Campaign Performance
Provide Sales feedback on any responses they might need clarity on
Put together EOD marketing report for MD


Weekly:
Fill out marketing scorecard
Write and launch new campaigns for clients if needed
Provide insights and guidance on client’s campaigns on weekly scrums
Create SOPs for new and existing processes to document and train VAs
Set up funnels and ads for clients.



Monthly:
Ensure all invoices for marketing software are sent to Dext

I am British CEO. married with four children. I run my business in Dubai. My clients are US and UK based software companies.

This will be a full time role but I am open to part time if it suits family or other commitments. I m flexible as I want the right person for this role. The wage will also include bonuses for meetings and meting KPIs. Training and ongoing support will be provided. PHP60,000-80,000 / mo full time plus bonuses
