Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective lead-generation strategies that will drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on outreach efforts, identifying potential clients, and nurturing leads through various stages of the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and analyze their needs.
- Implement outreach campaigns through emails, SMS, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the special projects team to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and ROI.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in lead generation and outreach, preferably in the engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead nurturing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
