Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled virtual assistant from the Philippines to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include English-speaking outbound calls and data entry tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 100 to 150 outbound cold calls to businesses to generate leads.
Generate 5 to 10 leads daily with potential clients.
Minimum data entry tasks.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

Proficient in English with clear and effective communication skills.
Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Appointment Setting experience is preferred.
Entry-level data entry.
Reliable and able to work independently during night hours.
A dedicated home office setup with a reliable internet connection.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
High School Diploma.

Compensation:

Monthly salary of $300 plus bonuses. Generate 150 verifiable leads in a month and receive a $50 bonus
