We are a business brokerage agency in Melbourne - specializing in buying and selling businesses, are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a full-time Lead Generation, Social Media & Admin Specialist
Responsibilities:
Prospecting:
* Hit the ground running to spot potential leads via online sleuthing, social media, and niche platforms.
* Tailor your tactics to catch the eye of potential clients and get the ball rolling on chats.
Outreach and Communication:
* Kick off outreach campaigns to touch base with leads through
* Construct engaging messages and pitches to spark interest and make a memorable first impression.
Lead Qualification:
* Sift through your finds to pick out the leads that fit our bill.
* Engage in communication with prospects to figure out their needs and spot chances to pitch our products or services.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
* Work closely with sales to pass on hot leads without a hitch.
* Keep the lines of communication open to make sure leads get the VIP treatment.
Database Management:
* Keep our CRM system tidy and up to date with all your lead intel.
* Pull together reports and crunch the numbers to see how your lead-chasing tactics are paying off.
Qualifications:
* A solid background in lead generation, with the results to show for it.
* A guru in lead gen tactics and strategies.
* Strong communication skills and a flair for making connections.
* Skilled with CRM systems and lead-tracking tools.
* A self-starter who can hit targets without someone breathing down your neck.
Education and Experience:
* A Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or something related would be ideal.
* B2B lead generation experience preferred.
