ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a fearless communicator with a passion for making meaningful connections?

We're seeking a rockstar cold caller to join our team. With 2+ years of telemarketing experience, you're driven, persistent, and not afraid of hearing "no." You thrive on building relationships with mom-and-pop park owners and are eager to find property deals that benefit everyone involved. Your command of English is strong (with minimal accent), and your focus in making calls and professionalism shines through in every interaction.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Fearless attitude towards cold calling and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Ambition for finding deals (even when you’re nearly done with your dials, you’ll push for one more call because you know you’ll be compensated with a big bonus for closing a deal)
- Strong communication skills –specifically you’re a great listener, can read people's faces through the phone, are empathetic and can quickly bond with owners

COMPENSATION
- Base: $3-$6/hour (depending on experience)
- Bonus: $1000 for each deal closed (There are tens of thousands of baby boomer owners who want to retire and sell their parks. The opportunity is big.)

HOURS & PLACE OF WORK
- Remote position, offering flexibility
- Part time - 4 to 6 hours/day cold calling
- Must be available during California time zone (7am-4pm Pacific, either morning or afternoon shift)
