Qualifications

Required:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional appearance and character
• Highly detail-oriented
• Highly capable of working with other departments to complete tasks
• Able to speak to clients in a professional manner
• Experience in customer service
• Worked at least 2 years in coordination of home health, home care, or similar field
Desired:
• College degree or higher
• Proficient with new computer applications such as Google
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
• Flexible - responds well to changing priorities and conditions within an ever-evolving environment
• Outstanding organizational skills - ability to multi-task and solve problems
• Eager to listen intently and probe into points of interest
• Home care staffing experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Client coordination
o Follows process to coordinate and manage client care
o Coordinates after-hour phone calls when the office is closed
o Find staffing (caregivers) for open visits which include staffing when a caregiver calls in sick
o Communicate all changes in scheduling to both caregivers and clients
o Updates client and caregiver documentation according to scheduling process via scheduling system
• Quality Assurance
o Review caregiver notes to ensure completion
o Contact caregivers to complete notes
• Maintain client information
o Ensure software is updated and exact at all times
o Understand all client visit updates to ensure payroll and billing are seamless
o Maintain tracking sheets to track changes
o Communicate changes to relevant teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
• Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the Director or Case Manager
• Maintain confidentiality of all information pertaining to employees and clients
• Manages tasks to be completed in a timely manner
• Assist Director or Case Manager in tasks to maintain quality client care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting monthly salary will range between $750-$900
• There are also other types of bonuses such as team incentives and referral bonuses
