Law Firm Project Manager

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulously detail-oriented Project Manager to optimize the workflow of our legal teams. The selected candidate will be pivotal in liaising with our pods, ensuring each case's progress is on track, and managing both time and financial expectations efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Meet regularly with attorney-paralegal pods to review and update case lists.
- Closely monitor case progress, ensuring that milestones are met and barriers are addressed.
- Collaborate with pods to determine upcoming tasks and set realistic timelines.
- Estimate anticipated billable hours for each case and plan resources accordingly.
- Assess anticipated financial needs from clients, ensuring smooth financial processes.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- A valid project management certification.
- Proven experience in project management; experience in legal settings will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with an eye for detail and an innate ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills, capable of facilitating productive discussions and translating complex ideas into actionable plans.
- An analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
