- Utilize mapping software to view and evaluate property locations, ensuring they meet our criteria.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis using Zillow to gather comparable sales data for various properties.
- Respond promptly and professionally to Facebook ads and Facebook Messenger inquiries, providing valuable information to potential clients or leads.
- Post and manage property listings across various online platforms, ensuring accuracy and attractiveness of the ads to generate leads.
- Maintain active engagement on social media platforms to enhance our brand presence and interact with our audience.
- Ensure efficient workflow by prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in the real estate industry, particularly in property evaluation, online marketing, and customer engagement.
- Strong familiarity with real estate platforms like Zillow and social media platforms, including Facebook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
