Land Dispo Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Disposition Manager specializing in Land Wholesaling to join our team. As the Disposition Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of our land portfolio by effectively marketing and selling land parcels to investors, developers, and other interested parties. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential buyers.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote land parcels to potential buyers, including real estate investors, developers, and landowners.
-Build and maintain a database of potential buyers and investors interested in land acquisitions.
-Coordinate with internal teams, including research, acquisitions, and legal, to prepare marketing materials and due diligence documents for land parcels.
-Conduct property inspections and site visits with potential buyers to showcase land parcels and highlight their investment potential.
-Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers to sell land parcels at optimal prices and terms.
-Manage the transaction process from contract signing to closing, including coordinating due diligence activities, title searches, and escrow services.
-Stay informed about market trends, industry regulations, and emerging opportunities in land wholesaling.
Provide regular updates to management on the status of land disposition activities and sales pipeline.
