Land Acquisition Specialist (Real Estate)

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Land Acquisition Specialist to join our land investment real estate team. The Acquisition Specialist directly reports to the Acquisition Manager.
The Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the following:
Seller Lead qualification (Pre Offer)
Seller Lead Follow Up (Post Offer)
Seller Lead Closing (Deal)
This includes communication with sellers and managing relationships, following up and ensuring a smooth and efficient close.
This position is responsible for driving the revenue of the company and demands a high level of accountability and commitment.
