CrownRealty LLC is seeking a dedicated Land Acquisition Specialist to identify and secure prime real estate opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in land acquisition, negotiation, and a deep understanding of local zoning laws.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential land acquisition opportunities.

Qualifications:

English Proficiency
3+ years of experience in land acquisition or real estate development (preferred)
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
