Land Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Wholesaling Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Wholesaling Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring wholesale properties for our real estate investment portfolio. This role requires a keen eye for market trends, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct market research to identify potential wholesale properties and investment opportunities.
-Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to source off-market deals.
-Evaluate property values using comparative market analysis, appraisals, and other valuation techniques.
-Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with sellers to acquire wholesale properties at favorable terms.
-Coordinate due diligence activities, including property inspections, title searches, and financial analysis.
-Work closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth transaction processes.
