JOB OVERVIEW

This is a temporary 1month gig with the potential to become a part-time position.

We are looking for a tech-savvy virtual assistant with experience in Klaviyo email marketing and Canva.
Must have experience building and managing flows in Klaviyo, creating templates with the Klaviyo Builder, manage subject lines.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL is key when proofreading the copy of the emails, ensuring the buttons and call to action are pointing to the right destination, applying strict brand guidelines when designing and creating copy.

Must know how to use Canva proficiently to put together email banners and creatives (we will provide access to Canva Pro account if necessary). Understanding of brand guidelines to make sure all creatives are on brand.

Must know how to use Chatgpt, Bard or similar to create copy, but know how to prompt correctly to generate copy that follows brand voice, exclusive brand information, right tone, etc (detailed prompting to tell AI what to say and what not, so that it always sounds natural).


Understanding of how to use Asana for project management is a plus. You will have videos with instructions on what is needed and access to paid Canva plan, Slack or Skype for communication. You will have access to hundreds of premade Canva templates that are ready to plug and play with, and you can repurpose (clone and edit) templates in KLaviyo. You can work on your preferred time as long as tasks are done by the deadlines. Must be available from time to time to discuss projects during Pacific Standard Time.

Regular Workload Expected to be completed in a week: Once you have familiarized yourself with the brand guidelines, access to assets, and information on the brand and product, you will be expected to create/update flows of approx. 10 emails/templates per week.

$200/ month or $50/week
