Klaviyo Email Specialist

Hi Klaviyo experts!

I'm excited to share that we are looking for a brilliant email marketing specialist with expertise in Klaviyo. You must have experience copywriting e-commerce emails that TELL stories, connect with target audiences, and SELL products.

You are someone who understands CONTEMPORARY, CLEAN, CONVERSION-driven email copywriting. Your portfolio must have examples that resemble the email design styles referenced here: Upgrade to see actual info/drive/folders/1JrwKQFSrCUP43q05jfzhv8Mkq1NuSGsK?usp=sharing

You would be responsible for:
- 10 emails per month (copywriting, selecting brand photos for the campaign, and setting up the emails in Klaviyo)
- You would NOT be responsible for design, but you will work with our email designer
- These will be 4 weekly campaigns and 4 automated emails each month
- Overall project management and set up/scheduling the emails in Klaviyo
- Copywrite emails in the Ifsthetic brand voice


We are looking for someone who has:
Strong email marketing skils
Real, first-hand experience in building emails in Klaviyo
You understand copywriting. You need to be able to craft emails that sell products.


Responsibilities:
Write and build emails based on the content we provide
Communicate with our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers (Founder, project manager, copywriter) to ensure work is thoroughly complete up to standards
Use tools such as Google Drive, Asana, WhatsApp, Klaviyo and Shopify

You are an experienced email marketing VA who maintains a standard of excellence with everything you do.
Your project management skills are very organized and you’re an excellent daily communicator
You are open to learning, you pay attention to detail, and you don’t hesitate to ask questions about ANYthing you’re unsure of.
You have solid organizational skills. You can prioritize well and manage your projects efficiently.
You communicate well via email and phone.
You are great at incorporating feedback when necessary
You offer feedback whenever you have any ideas or suggestions (I’m always open to hearing your feedback!)
