About the Position:
The KYC Specialist/Technical Support will help with the collection of documents required for the onboarding/KYC process of new clients to the platform. Furthermore, you will provide technical assistance and answers to users' questions, educating them on the features of the platform, and assisting users by troubleshooting problems during the onboarding process, and the continuous use of the platform.

Responsibilities:
-Collect and verify documents during the onboarding/KYC process.
-Identifies, investigates, and resolves minor users' problems.
-Support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding the onboarding process, and usability of the platform.
-Maintain knowledge of the platform and constantly educate yourself on the new developments of the platform.
-Monitor the the platform in case of downtime or other problems and inform the ACE team immediately.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
-Maintain issue tickets effectively by capturing clients' complaints (bugs) or new requests.

Requirements:
-At least two years of experience in customer or technical support is a MUST.
-At least two years of experience in KYC is a MUST.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
-Professional and pleasant telephone, and email manners.
-Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical customers.

Work Schedule:
-The day-to-day will include an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week.
