Role Summary:
As a Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers within the crypto and blockchain community. Your efforts will be crucial in negotiating and establishing cross-community partnerships and collaborative projects. You will focus on creating strategies that integrate influencer partnerships and token incentivization to optimize engagement and minimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with KOLs and influential figures in the crypto space to enhance visibility and community engagement.
- Negotiate and secure cross-community partnerships with other crypto projects, focusing on mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop innovative strategies for collaboration and cross-promotion, integrating token incentivization to ensure cost-effective partnerships.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the crypto market, community dynamics, and current trends to leverage for strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with our marketing and community management teams to align partnership goals with broader organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within the crypto or blockchain industry.
- Strong understanding of decentralized technologies, DAOs, and influencer marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a creative problem-solving approach and the ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing token-based incentivization programs.
