What are the skills and requirements you need?

— Knowledge of media analytics and social media networking.
— Ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance metrics, and extract actionable
insights.
— Adaptability to changing market conditions and industry trends.
— An extensive portfolio of media campaigns that you have worked on.
— Ability to maintain brand consistency and accuracy in any task

What would be your duties and responsibilities?
— Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of media
— Create ads, split test ads, create campaigns, monitor campaigns, and optimize ads
— Maintain compliance with advertising regulations and platform policies to protect brand
reputation
— Make changes to ad campaigns based on insights from Google Analytics
— Manage ad spending and revenue to achieve positive ROI
— Providing regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights for
efficient campaign management
— Target ads based on demographic, interest, and pages
— Tracking the media coverage of a product or service on social media
— Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the
organization

Who are we?

We are RK Exercises For Injuries Corp., and we've been around since 1999. We're always growing our team, and we've had the pleasure of offering sustainable employment opportunities to many virtual assistants over the years. Our main virtual assistant has been with us for over a decade, which really shows how we value long-term relationships. Right now, we have a team of over 100 full-time virtual assistants who are all dedicated to what they do.

We're on the lookout for someone who's independent, resourceful, and able to problem-solve. You'll need to be adaptable and open to new ideas, as well as someone who can work without constant supervision.

This role requires a full-time commitment of 8 working hours, 5 days a week, with flexibility for rotational shifts. We employ Hubstaff, a time-tracking tool, to ensure accountability and productivity. This tool allows us to monitor your working hours, capture your computer screen during work, measure productivity, and track the websites you visit while on duty.
