Junior Estimator

The Junior Estimator is responsible for performing data entry work using a computer and appropriate software; entering, updating, researching, verifying, and/or retrieving data into/ from various systems; and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded.

Essential Functions

Enters, updates and verifies data into various systems for use by the Estimating Team
Tracks documents received and completion dates
Assists and trains employees and new data entry operators on software programs
Helps technical staff to resolve computer and software problems
Runs and distributes reports
Performs other related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 2 year working experience in a manufacturing/ fabrication/ building material environment
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and technical capacity
Very proficient in Microsoft Applications, Internet, and phone skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Professional English communication skills
Knowledge of basic mathematical measurements
Ability to deal with rapidly changing priorities
Willing to work at night and during the PH Holidays
