Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Junior Brand Manager to join our e-commerce holdings firm. As a Junior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the brand strategy for our diverse portfolio of e-commerce brands. You will be responsible for developing and executing brand initiatives, driving brand awareness, and ensuring brand consistency across multiple platforms. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and contribute to the growth and success of our e-commerce businesses. It is also a great opportunity to be supported by a best-in-class backend support team to run ads, and social media, build organic traffic, write blogs, CRO, website updates, and much more. This is a great opportunity to work with a rapidly growing E-Com brand while being responsible to manage down to the finest of details. The ideal candidate will be proactive, quick thinking, able to multitask and be ready to work hard.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify Brand Itself (Vision):
-A Junior Brand Manager should have a deep understanding of each ecommerce site's purpose within Wayne Grace Lane. This involves defining the unique value proposition, mission, and goals of each brand.
-Creating and maintaining detailed customer avatars is crucial. This involves identifying the target demographic, understanding their needs, preferences, and behaviors. This knowledge helps in crafting marketing strategies and tailoring product offerings to meet customer expectations.
-Ensuring consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and tone across all platforms. This consistency reinforces the brand identity and helps build a strong and recognizable presence in the market.
Supplier Relationships and Competitor Research:
-Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers is vital. This includes negotiating favorable terms, such as pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. It also involves ensuring the quality and reliability of the products supplied.
-Keeping a close eye on competitors in the niche ecommerce space. This includes analyzing their product offerings, pricing strategies, marketing tactics, and overall market positioning. This information can inform strategic decisions and help identify areas for differentiation and improvement.
-Regularly reviewing the number of suppliers and products offered. This includes evaluating the performance of each product and supplier, identifying top-performing items, and potentially expanding or optimizing the product portfolio based on market trends and customer demand.
Customer Service Management:
-Ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience is essential. This involves overseeing customer service operations, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly, and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Actively collecting and analyzing customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences. This information can be used to improve products, enhance services, and optimize the overall customer experience.
-In the event of customer complaints or issues, a Junior Brand Manager should be adept at handling crises effectively. This includes implementing solutions, communicating transparently with customers, and taking corrective actions to maintain the brand's reputation.
Profit and Loss Management

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Brand Manager, preferably in the e-commerce industry or related field.
Strong background in sales and understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
Experience in customer service, including taking calls to close sales and address customer complaints, inquiries, etc.
Solid understanding of e-commerce business models and digital marketing strategies.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive brand awareness and growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data and consumer insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in using brand management tools, marketing analytics software, and project management platforms.
