As part of our current major brand and product relaunch, set to begin in April with a new direction for both our brand and products, we are seeking a highly motivated virtual assistant to support our dynamic team.

Your Role With Us:

As a virtual assistant at TannyMaxx, you will work closely with our CEO, Boris Bartel, a digital nomad. You will play a crucial role in organizing and coordinating our projects and actively support the rebranding of our marque.

What We Expect:

Organizational Talent: You should possess excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Research Competence: You are extremely proficient in conducting research and can efficiently compile relevant information.
Coordination Ability: Experience with Excel and ChatGPT is essential, as well as the ability to efficiently coordinate projects.
Understanding of Online Business: You are familiar with the basics of online business and have experience working with digital platforms.
Interest in the Cosmetic Industry: An interest in cosmetic products and a willingness to learn more in this area are advantageous.
