Position Overview:

As an Instructional Designer & Project Manager at The Bellamy Co., you will be instrumental in designing educational programs and managing projects from conception to execution. You will ensure projects are completed on time and to specification while occasionally supporting our team with virtual assistance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement instructional materials and courses that engage and educate.
Manage the full project management lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of projects.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, communication, and documentation.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience in project management, with a strong ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
