The Role

We are seeking a General Virtual Assistant who is available during regular office hours (1:00 PM to 7:00 PM PST) to join our dynamic team. This position requires a high level of flexibility and commitment to accommodate our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

*Social Media Management: Engaging with our audience, scheduling posts, and content creation.
*WordPress Experience: Experience in WordPress and web maintenance.
*AI Tool Proficiency: Experience with AI tools, especially ChatGPT, is vital.
*Content Generation: Creative ability to produce relevant content.
*Administrative Tasks: Handling repetitive and organizational tasks, and conducting research.

Required Skills:

*Flexibility: Ability to work within the specified hours despite the time difference.
*Adaptability: Quick learner with a mindset geared towards growth and acquiring new skills.
*Experience: Prior experience in web development (especially WordPress), social media management, and AI tools.
*Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Video Editing: Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus.
*Microsoft Teams Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Teams is advantageous as it is our primary communication platform.
