About Tokyo Toon:
We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Digital Creative Designer for a Japan-based start-up company, Tokyo Toon. The company is founded by ex-Googlers and we aim to distribute content worldwide, including in the US, Japan, and other Western countries :)

Our team is composed of collaborative, passionate, and respectful illustrators from the Philippines and Japan, and as we grow, we will be more diverse and we will welcome illustrators from other countries.

As we work, we collaborate and work as a team. We promote brainstorming and encourage our illustrators to share their ideas, allowing them to try something new and discover their best skill. Our illustrators work with flexibility and with freedom. We meet every quarter for a team dinner to allow everyone to take a break from work and enjoy once in a while?

About this job:
As a Digital Creative Designer at Tokyo Toon, you will be responsible for creating engaging and captivating Ads Creative Assets for our webcomic series. You will work closely with the team to bring our ideas to life and provide the foundation for our illustrators to create visually stunning webcomics.

Responsibilities:
* Create advertising images and short videos for our webtoon series on a daily basis with Canva, which we will promote with Facebook Ads
* Create iterations of our already well performing advertising images so that we have more content
* Do research in the FB Ad Library to get new concepts, ideas and inspiration
* Create new concepts based on the best practices of our competitors
* Create suitable headlines and descriptions for the ad images that say a matching message as the image.


Requirements:
* At Least 1 year of experience doing creative designs for FB ads including videos
* Advanced Experience with Canva for images and videos
* Must have own creativity to constantly create new concepts
* Speed in implementation
* Tech Savvy (Upgrade to see actual info, Canva, etc)
* Fluent in English
* Optional skills with other design tools such as Adobe suite, figma.
